Winston and Lusi Bolt are working with student in Indonesia. The goal is to plant churches in the fifty largest cities in Indonesia within fifteen years. The way they plan to do this is by training students to preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Each student will complete either a two year training program, a three year extend program or a four year Bachelor of Arts Degree in religion at Batam Bible College.

Each of these students is encouraged to join a church planting team. They will work as a team to reach a new city and plant a new church. Each church that is planted is encouraged once it grows to plant another.
